Volunteer roles for the practice day: Saturday &/or Sunday, March 2 & 3, 2013

  1. Saturday & Sunday Guides for Grade 3-5 Choir. Eight (four for each choir) volunteers to guide the grades 3-5 choir  and the grades 6-9 groups from activity to activity and room to room (including from the Music Center building to the Rec Center building and back)  throughout the day. Also for leading singers to and from the stage at the proper time and from the proper sides on Saturday during the practices and Sunday during the concert. Scroll down to see the choir rehearsal and activity schedule. Please arrive by 9 a.m. on Saturday.
  2. Saturday Rec Monitors. Eight volunteers to monitor recreation time in the gymnasium. Six of the volunteers will interact and watch the children generally, and two of the volunteers will organize side games for those children who want an organized activity.  Children in grades 3-5 are scheduled to have recreation time from 10:15 to 11:15, and the singers in grades 6-9 are scheduled from 11:15-12:15.   3. Saturday Meal Server. One volunteer to help prepare and set up the serving line for the noon lunch. Scroll down to see the Saturday lunch schedule for when the two groups eat their lunches. Please arrive by 9 a.m. on Saturday.
  4. Sunday Ushers. Eight ushers needed for the concert on Sunday afternoon to hand out programs, help people find their seats, and lift an offering. The concert is at 2 p.m. Please arrive by 1 p.m.
