Guest Director: Hal Hess
Hal returns to us for the second time as festival guest director.  Mr. Hess graduated from Goshen College and completed his graduate studies at Indiana University in conducting and voice performance.  He brings 33 years of experience as a music teacher and administrator.  He has conducted the Junior choir at Camp Friedenswald’s Music Camp for 10 years.  He serves as chairperson for Cincinnati’s Mennonite Arts Weekend, which celebrates the work of Mennonite artists from the United States and Canada.  Hal and his wife Christine Schumacher, live in Cincinnati, Ohio.
